Supported Living Services provide individualized support that include interpersonal skills training, community living skills, recreation, budgeting, and support to self administration of medications. Levels of support are based on the individuals needs and preferences as defined in their Personal Plan.

Day Habilitation services provide individualized day activities that support the participant’s definition of a meaningful day. Participants are given the opportunity to be involved in community living skills such as shopping, recreation and socialization skills. Daytime activities are also provided to participants.
